Stay Policies
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability — please share your travel timings in advance.
Reservations & Payment
Reservations are confirmed against a 50% advance, with the balance due 7 days prior to arrival. We accept all major cards, UPI and direct bank transfers.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 or more days before arrival receive a full refund. Within 7–14 days, a 50% refund. Within 7 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable but dates can be adjusted, subject to availability.
Children
Children are warmly welcome. Children under 5 stay complimentary; ages 5–12 are billed at a reduced rate. Cots and child-friendly menus available on request.
Pets
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior arrangement. We ask that pets are not left unattended in suites and that owners carry their own bedding and lead.
Smoking & Open Flames
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Designated outdoor areas are available. For your safety, candles, incense and open flames are restricted to attended outdoor settings.
Quiet Hours
Willowdale observes quiet hours after 11 PM. We ask guests to keep music and conversation low after this time so that other guests can enjoy the stillness of the hills.
Damage & Loss
Guests are responsible for any accidental damage to villa property during their stay. We assess on a case-by-case basis and only charge what is needed for considered repair.
