1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation or using our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — they set out the basis on which we host you.
2. Reservations
Reservations are confirmed once a 50% advance is received. The remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival. Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are payable in full at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation
Cancellations made 14 or more days before arrival are fully refundable. Within 7–14 days a 50% refund applies. Within 7 days the booking is non-refundable, although date changes can be discussed subject to availability.
4. Guest Conduct
We ask all guests to respect Willowdale's quiet character, fellow guests and the local community. We reserve the right to end a stay where conduct compromises the comfort and safety of others.
5. Damage & Loss
Guests are responsible for any accidental damage to villa property during their stay. We assess each instance individually and only charge for considered repair.
6. Force Majeure
Willowdale is not responsible for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including natural events, civil unrest or government action.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nainital, Uttarakhand.
