Willowdale is open through the year. Spring (Mar–May) brings flowers and clear skies, monsoon (Jul–Sep) is misty and lush, autumn (Oct–Nov) is crisp and golden, and winter (Dec–Feb) offers snow on the higher ranges and warm fires by night.

Both. You may book individual suites for a private retreat or take over the whole villa for celebrations and family gatherings.

Yes — we can arrange a private transfer from Pantnagar Airport or Kathgodam Railway Station on request, in well-maintained cars driven by local hill drivers.

A curated breakfast is included with all stays. Lunches and dinners can be added in advance — our chefs work with seasonal Pahadi produce and a small in-house bakery.

Children are very welcome. We can arrange cots, child-friendly menus and gentle activities. The lawn and lake are particular favourites.

A full refund is offered for cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival. Closer to the date, partial refunds and date changes can be discussed directly with our reservations team.
