General – You may use this website to make genuine and valid reservations only. You will be financially liable for all uses of this website.

Reservation

Reservations are made on payment of 75% of package amount. All reservations made through this website are subject to availability. Reservations made on this site are considered conditional until a confirmation is given to the guest to substantiate the reservations by email.

Cancellation

All cancellation is subject to cancellation charges.

Cancellation made a minimum of 15 days prior to arrival date is subject to cancellation charges @ 25% of package amount. Balance of amount paid can be refunded or a credit voucher issued against future bookings subject to management’s discretion.

Cancellation made between 8 to 14 days prior to arrival date is subject to cancellation charges @ 50% of package amount. Balance of amount paid can be refunded or a credit voucher issued against future bookings subject to management’s discretion.

Cancellation made within 7 days prior to arrival date is subject to cancellation charges @ 75% of package amount. No refund is payable.

Refund Policy

At Hotel Maharaja, we strive to provide our guests with exceptional service and ensure that their experience with us is nothing short of perfect. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make sure you feel confident when booking with us. Please take a moment to review our refund policy outlined below:

1. Refund Process:

Refunds for cancellations made within the eligible period will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that the timeframe for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

1. No-Show Policy:

In the event of a no-show (guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice), the full booking amount will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.

3. Early Departure:

Guests who decide to check out before their scheduled departure date may be subject to an early departure fee equivalent to 90% of the remaining nights’ stay.

4. Force Majeure:

Willowdale reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations in the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure situations beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or travel advisories. In such cases, we will work with guests to provide alternative accommodation or issue refunds as appropriate.
